This policy applies to holiday packages booked with QR TRAVEL WORLD. Airlines, hotels, cruises and other suppliers have their own cancellation rules; where your booking confirmation states specific supplier terms, those terms will apply.
1. How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to Qrtravelworld@gmail.com or by WhatsApp to +91 88254 06100. The date we receive your written request is treated as the cancellation date.
2. Cancellation charges (unless otherwise stated in your booking)

| 15 – 29 days | 75% of the total package cost |
| Less than 15 days, or no-show | 100% of the total package cost |
3. Non-refundable components
- Airline tickets are subject to the airline's fare rules; many discounted fares are non-refundable.
- Visa fees, travel insurance premiums and service charges are non-refundable once processed.
- Hotels booked on non-refundable rates, peak-season or festive dates, and special events may be fully non-refundable.
- Unused services during the trip (missed sightseeing, meals or nights) are not refundable.
4. Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deducting the cancellation charges above and any supplier charges.
- Refunds are made to the original payer, usually within 15–30 working days after we receive the refund from the relevant suppliers.
5. Changes & postponements
Instead of cancelling, you may ask to change your travel dates. Changes are subject to availability and supplier charges, and any fare or rate difference.
6. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a confirmed trip for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative or a refund of amounts paid to us, less any non-recoverable supplier charges. Cancellations due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions or airline schedule changes) will be handled according to supplier policies, and we will do our best to secure credit notes or refunds on your behalf.
