These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.qrtravel.world and any travel services you book with QR TRAVEL WORLD (“we”, “us”, “our”). Specific terms shared with your quote or booking confirmation will apply in addition to these terms and take priority if there is any difference.
1. Website information & prices
- Package details and prices on the Website are indicative and for information only. They are “starting from” prices per person, usually on twin sharing, and are not an offer to sell.
- Final prices depend on travel dates, hotel category, flights, availability, exchange rates and taxes at the time of booking, and are confirmed in your written quote.
- Images are for illustration and may not represent the exact hotel, room or view booked.
2. Enquiries & bookings
- Submitting an enquiry form or WhatsApp message does not create a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after you accept the itinerary and quote, pay the required amount through the payment details we share with you directly, and receive written confirmation from us.
- Hotels, flights and services are subject to availability until confirmed.
3. Payments
- No payments are accepted through this Website.
- The payment schedule (advance and balance) will be stated in your quote or booking confirmation.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the Cancellation Policy.
4. Travel documents
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport (at least six months' validity for international travel), visas, ID proofs, permits and any health documents required.
- We may guide you on documentation, but visa approval is always at the sole discretion of the embassy or immigration authority, and visa fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Changes by you
Requests to change dates, names, hotels or itineraries after confirmation are subject to availability and may involve supplier charges and a difference in fare.
6. Changes by us or suppliers
Occasionally airlines, hotels or local operators may change schedules or services. We will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative where available. Any price difference charged by the supplier may be passed on.
7. Our responsibility
We act as a travel agent arranging services provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines and transport operators. While we choose suppliers carefully, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or defaults, nor for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics or government actions.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveller details exactly as per passport or ID.
- Reach airports, stations and pick-up points on time.
- Follow local laws, hotel rules and safety instructions.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
9. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and the specific terms in your booking confirmation.
10. Website use
All content on this Website, including text, design and the QR TRAVEL WORLD name and logo, belongs to QR TRAVEL WORLD and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
