How do I book a trip with QR TRAVEL WORLD?

Send us an enquiry using the form on this website or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88254 06100. We will share a personalised itinerary and quote. Once you are happy with the plan, we confirm the booking and share the payment details and booking terms with you directly.

Can I pay online on this website?

No. This website does not collect any payments. After you confirm your itinerary, we share official payment details and an invoice with you directly. For your safety, never share card numbers, OTPs or passwords with anyone over phone or chat.

Are the package prices on the website final?

The prices shown are indicative “starting from” prices per person. The final price depends on your travel dates, hotel category, flights, number of travellers and availability at the time of booking. Your written quote will always show the exact amount.

How far in advance should I book?

For international trips we recommend enquiring 30–60 days before departure, and earlier for peak seasons such as summer holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year. Domestic trips can often be arranged at shorter notice, subject to availability.
